Questions by email

The homepage question form prepares a message in your email app. The page does not send it for you. If you send it, your name, email, district or organization, role, and question go to doug@goodsamaritaninstitute.org and are handled as correspondence.

Tools in your browser

The readiness and checklist tools run in your browser. Readiness answers and governance and procurement checklist choices are saved in this browser’s local storage so you can return to them. These tools do not submit those answers to the site. Clear this site’s browser data to remove those saved choices.

Audience participation

The separate participation tool submits use-case text to a server for moderation and display. Do not include confidential or personal information in a use-case response. If you separately request follow-up and consent, the contact details you supply are stored with that request in private server storage; public response views omit those contact fields.

Third-party services

Vercel hosts this site and processes requests to serve it. Embedded YouTube and Spotify players connect to their providers, which apply their own privacy policies. External links and your email service have separate data practices.

Questions and choices

Email doug@goodsamaritaninstitute.org with privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests. Do not send sensitive information through these tools. Please contact us to discuss how long we need particular correspondence or participation records and whether we can delete them.
