A calmer operating day for Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District
Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District independent fire-control & rescue district providing fire suppression, EMS and rescue to Lehigh Acres, funded by special assessments and led by an elected board. This prototype shows how a focused operating queue could help Robert DiLallo's organization coordinate routine work with clearer ownership and human review.
