A calmer operating day for East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District
East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District independent fire-control & rescue district providing fire suppression, EMS and rescue to East Lake Tarpon, funded by special assessments and led by an elected board. This prototype shows how a focused operating queue could help Maryellen Crowder's organization coordinate routine work with clearer ownership and human review.
